I would like to get to know my mobile device a little better so that I can answer some of my mom's questions about her phone. We get a more and more seniors coming into the library and placing their device on the counter and pointing at it while saying "my kids bought me this for christmas, how do I download books?" and I would like to be able to help patrons with a better understanding of how mobile devices work.
