I tried the Color Splurge app and liked the fact that I had options about where I could get my photos from three different places. I also liked the fact that I did not have to set up another account in order to use the program. I think that this app would be good for a library to use for promotional photos. Also it would fun to use to give some black and white photos a splash of color.
